WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
When you place your order, you can pay by credit card, in instalments via scalapay or by PayPal.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED?
Just after you have paid for your order, you will be redirected to an order confirmation page. At the same time you will receive a summary email. You can also consult your order history in the "My orders" section of your Royal Mer account.
WHEN IS MY ACCOUNT DEBITED?
Your credit card or PayPal account is debited on average within 48 hours of your purchase on the Royal Mer website.

Returns and refunds

UNDER WHAT CONDITIONS CAN I RETURN AN ITEM AND REQUEST A REFUND?
Returns are free of charge for orders delivered within France. If you don't like your order, you can return one or more items within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Go to the contact page to contact Customer Service to make your return. Return the voucher with your unwashed, unworn item in its original packaging to the address indicated.

Go to the contact page and explain your problem. You will then be able to send your product back to us.
