ORDERS ARE PREPARED AND SHIPPED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR ORDER (EXCLUDING SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS)

Your package is prepared at our La Regrippière facility and shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays, and customized sweaters which require a one-week production time). You will be notified by email once your package is shipped and will receive your order tracking number to stay informed about the delivery status of your package.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and import taxes set by the authorities of the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the recipient. They are usually collected by the carrier at the time of delivery.


Orders shipped to the United States are now sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means that taxes and customs duties are automatically added at checkout. You will therefore not have any additional fees to pay upon arrival: the amount displayed at the time of your order includes all import costs.
