Plain sailor sweater Armel

item was delivered to a collection point without any prior request from me , so I am not sure what happened there.
I had to go and collect the item instead of receiving at home address indicated at the time of the order.
When I tried the item , the fit was not as expected . I have a few jumpers size M from Royal Mer that fit perfectly but this one appeared way too big. I returned the item but I was surprised to see that for customers not based in France that return costs are at my own expense which is disappointing and first I see that kind of policy from any online order.
Item has been returned and from DPD tracking was delivered on Sept 9th and I am still waiting for the refund
