POSSIBLE RETURNS WITHIN 14 DAYS

You have received your items but the size or cut does not suit you? Don’t worry, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to return the products concerned (excluding personalised jumpers which are neither returned nor exchanged).

RETURN PROCEDURE

Returns are free for orders delivered in France.
To make your return, contact us via the form available here.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unworn, unwashed, accompanied by the return form (excluding personalised jumpers which are neither returned nor exchanged).

In the absence of respect by the Customer of the present conditions, in particular of the conditions of return, ROYAL MER will not be able to proceed to the edition of a credit note or to the refunding for the Products concerned.

DELAY

As soon as you exchange or issue the credit note / refund of your item, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.

In the case of an exchange, it will be processed as soon as possible depending on product availability within a maximum of 15 days following receipt of your items. In the case of unavailability of items, we will contact you to inform you.

In the case of a request for a credit note or refund, this will be made within 14 days of receipt of your items and automatically to the buyer’s customer account.
